Apply for an Administrator position in our new Service Delivery Centre in Szczecin. Service Delivery Center (SDC) major objective is to deliver to Vestas business units across the globe highest quality technical, operational and administrative support - related to wind turbine operation. SDC is located in Szczecin office of Vestas Poland but provides its service to all Vestas units worldwide. Responsibilities A person in the above mentioned position will be responsible for: • maintaining turbine related data in SAP • handle service order administration • verifying contractual obligation in terms of SDC scope of responsibilities • coordinating between various internal groups in terms of any issues or solutions support • preparing presentations and other marketing materials for business meetings Qualifications We are looking for a person that can prove him/herself with: • flexibility and good skills in time management • high attention to details • process and system mindset (SAP or other ERP systems will be an advantage) • Bachelor or Masters degree ideally from technical or administrative studies Competencies • easiness of getting and maintaining human relations, • ability to work in an international environment, which requires understanding of cultural differences • fluency in English is required.
